Q. Is Telecom Source, Inc. a new company?

A. Not at all. Telecom Source, Inc. has been a leader in the telecom equipment market for over 16 years. Telecom Source is a member in good standing with both the Better Business Bureau and North-American Association of Telecommunications Dealers (NATD).

Q. What is the warranty of equipment purchased online?

A. All of our equipment, refurbished and new, listed online includes a one (1) year limited warranty through Telecom Source, Inc. , unless otherwise specifically listed on a product page. Multi-Link items include the original manufacturer warranty which is one-year.

Q. Can I get a longer warranty?

Q. Can you get equipment that has been discontinued?

A. Our policy is that if we do not have it in stock, we will try to find it for you. Many telephone companies tell their customers that their phone systems are obsolete, and they can no longer get phones or other parts for them. Many times, this is a ploy to get the customer to buy a new system. We have rarely seen a telephone system for which we cannot get phones and parts.

Q. Do you ship outside the United States?

Q. What is "E-Waste" Recycling?

A. Wikipedia defines e-waste as loosely discarded, surplus, obsolete, broken, electrical or electronic devices. It is also defined as all secondary computers, entertainment device electronics, mobile phones, and other items such as television sets and refrigerators whether sold, donated, or discarded by their original owners. Federal and state regulations regarding e-waste specifically require businesses and organizations to dispose of non-working and obsolete products in an environmentally sound manner. These regulations are meant to prevent selected high technology equipment from ending up in landfills where toxic elements could leach into the water stream.
